Our platform operates as an independent intermediary. All manpower supply, employment, sponsorship and deployment is conducted solely by the verified manpower providers in our network.

2. What We Do

  • Receive and assess workforce requirements from businesses in Saudi Arabia
  • Match those requirements with the most suitable verified manpower provider in our referral network
  • Facilitate the introduction between the business and the provider
  • Provide information and guidance on the Saudi manpower outsourcing market, the Ajir system, labour law and related topics
  • Support communication between businesses and providers during the engagement process

3. What We Do Not Do

  • Directly employ, recruit, contract, sponsor or deploy workers
  • Hold iqama sponsorship for any workers
  • Enter into employment contracts with workers on behalf of client businesses
  • Act as a direct manpower supply agency
  • Guarantee employment outcomes, worker conduct or specific deployment timelines (these are responsibilities of the provider)
  • Provide legal, immigration or HR compliance advice

4. Relationship Between Parties

When you contact Manpower Company Saudia and are referred to a verified manpower provider:

  • The provider is responsible for all employment contracts, iqama sponsorship, Ajir system registrations, insurance, GOSI contributions, labour law compliance and worker deployment logistics.
  • The client business enters into a direct commercial agreement with the provider — not with Manpower Company Saudia.
  • Manpower Company Saudia is not a party to any employment agreement, outsourcing contract or service agreement between the client business and the provider.

Manpower Company Saudia accepts no liability for the conduct, performance, compliance or service quality of any provider referred through this platform.

5. Compliance with Saudi Arabian Law

Manpower Company Saudia operates this platform in good faith and with the intention of connecting businesses with lawfully operating, -providers. All providers in our referral network are represented to us as holding valid licences and operating in compliance with:

  • Saudi Labour Law (Royal Decree M/51)
  • manpower supply and recruitment licensing requirements
  • Ajir system (نظام أجير) regulations
  • Nitaqat (Saudisation) programme requirements
  • Wage Protection System (WPS) obligations

Businesses are strongly advised to independently verify the licence status of any provider before entering into a commercial agreement. licence verification can be performed through the official portal and the Qiwa platform.
